It was dark at both ends of my work day today, it’s almost midwinter. So here is a photo of some Rosemary, plucked as I came home, from the geveltuin (pavement garden) beneath my apartment. Tasty, beneficial and free!

Nothing so delicious as “free”! I managed to scrump a heap of walnuts earlier in the year from some trees that no-one bothers to harvest the nuts from and stratified them over winter (after eating a fair few first 😉 ) and now have lots of healthy little walnut trees to choose a few to plant here and to share at seed swaps with like minded penniless student hippies 🙂 I LOVE sharing 🙂
