Greater celandine (note the bright orange toxic (externally therapeutic in ways) sap).

Copper beech, leaves lost finally.

Hairy bittercress

Comfrey.

Rosehips and winter Jasmine (I’ve no idea of the Jasmine of this sort is useful).

Young and often misleading hedge parsley (toxic)
